Large corporations are getting more and more powerful,
and less and less accountable. Learn what you can do about it.
The growing power of corporations affects the quality of the air
we breath, the water we drink, and the communities we live in. Corporate
decisions increasingly determine whether or not we have good jobs
at fair wages, fair markets for the crops and livestock we raise,
or an equal voice in the choice of our elected representatives.
As citizens, we need to know more about the problems of growing
corporate power and about possible solutions if we want a fair economy,
a strong democracy and safe communities.
If youre concerned about the future and you want to do something
about it, youll want to participate in our corporate power
and accountability workshops. Its not a lecture series. Its
active learning and discussions about problems, solutions and actions.
