WORC is building a grassroots power base of community
groups in the Northern Great Plains and the West. WORC has seven
member organizations:
Our members include people from all walks of life:
family farmers and ranchers, small business owners, blue-collar
workers, college students, and professionals. What binds us together
is a shared commitment to economic justice, environmental protection,
local community problem solving, and grassroots democracy.
Each member group elects two representatives to
WORC's Board of Directors,
which sets policies and guides programs and operations.
